Have you ever eaten cheese that knows where it comes from? Ours does! The milk comes from Susi, Lisa, and Waldtraut, our three cows that spend their summers grazing on the lush alpine meadows of the Gotthard Massif. With a secret herb mixture and traditional cheesemaking under the starry sky, a unique flavor is created. Our host will gladly tell you the whole story if you ask him.
